I have noticed that there’s 2 common perspectives when it comes to the phrase “The Industry Standard.” One perspective is the more common one that labels products or approaches to music the “Industry Standard” because of their universal convenience and compatibility. Second perspective is centered around products and approaches to music that are driven by ego and what that musician deems the standard. My opinion?
