A lot of people who want to create content feel like they need a fake persona that is different than who they actually are. This often stems from the insecurity and fear that nobody will like the real version of you. The truth is that when you are faking it, everybody knows that and will actually end up liking you less than you think they would like the real you. Stop trying to fake it until you make it. not only does it take more energy away from the things that matter, but in the longterm, it is non-sustainable and will eventually not work.
