A lot of people spend a lot of time gaining followers and building their personal brand in hopes of eventually finding sponsors from companies and brands. If the brands are not reaching out on their own, or the brands reaching out are ones you are not interested in working with, start creating "fake promos" if yourself with the brands you do like. This will garner their attention and if it drives traffic to their business they will want to actually sponsor you!
